How much is the deposit and when does the remaining balance have to be paid?

We ask for a £99 deposit to secure your date and the remaining balance is due 8 weeks before your event.

 

What time will you arrive?

​

We will get in touch before your event to check this with you, as a general rule we would suggest a 7:30pm start time but of course we will always check this with you.

 

Do you stay with the mirror?

​

Absolutely!  Two of our team (Or "Hype guys") will stay with the mirror and ensure you and your guests get the most out of the mirror for the best possible experience.

 

The venue has asked for a PAT test certificate and public liability can you supply these?

​

This is really standard across most venues, drop us a message and we can provide these for you.

 

How far do you travel?

​

Anywhere in the UK! although we are based in Staffordshire and Cheshire we cover the whole of the country, just get in touch for a quote.

 

How far in advance should we book?

​

As soon as possible, especially if its a summer date - these get booked up super quickly and sometimes 2-3 years in advance.

 

I have had a cheaper quote elsewhere, can you match it?
